A MESSAGE FROM DAVE
Over the years, I have watched as some politicians fail to make the tough decisions needed to ensure the future of our country for our children and grandchildren.
In July, my wife Rachel and I were blessed with our 15th grandchild. It was a boy and I can no longer sit on the sidelines while Washington D.C. refuses to take the necessary steps to save our country, so that he too can live the American dream.
Through hard work, I have been able to accomplish many things in my business career and personal life that now give me the time, ability and desire to serve the people of District 25.
I have spent over 35 years reducing spending and costs in some of America’s top corporations. I have created jobs, helped cut waste, ferreted out fraud and spent my career making nearly all of the tough decisions we are now asking Washington D.C. to make.
Our country does not have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem. We are spending money we don’t have on federal programs we don’t need. Our government continues to grow, spending on entitlements is ballooning, and those who create the jobs in this country are afraid to hire because they don’t see positive government leadership..
We must take action now. I have a reputation for having the courage to do what is right even when it is difficult. I will be a Congressman who will stand up to Washington insiders and stop the run-a-way spending that threatens the foundation of our nation.
Like many of you I was raised on the Texas values of faith, family and hard work. I still believe in those values and I will take them with me to Congress.
I am asking for your vote for the Republican nomination for U.S. Congress in District 25. And I will make you one promise – I won’t forget that you are my boss and that you elected me to listen to your ideas and represent your views in Washington, D.C.
